North Carolina’s largest law firm is branching out to the Peach State.
Moore & Van Allen has signed a lease in Atlanta with Granite Properties, marking its first physical office outside the Carolinas.
The firm will be located at 3630 Peachtree, a Class AA office tower in Buckhead. The space will be just under 3,000 square feet, with expansion rights that will come in handy as the firm plans to grow its Atlanta office in the coming months.
Establishing a brick-and-mortar presence in the city is a natural next step for Moore & Van Allen, which has had attorneys working in the Atlanta area for years.
