23Springs is now 74% leased after developer Granite Properties secured three new leases. Stonelake Capital Partners will move to Uptown’s tallest tower from The Crescent and occupy about 16,000 square feet of space on the ninth floor. Meanwhile, a confidential tenant will occupy 22,099 square feet on the 10th floor beginning in the third quarter.
