The developer of the shiny new geometric tower on the corner of Cedar Springs and Maple Avenue has opened what is now Uptown Dallas’ tallest building, although final touches are still being completed. After nearly three years under construction, 23Springs is now ready for the arrival of more office users and available for tours. Granite Properties Inc. said the property, which spans 625,000 square feet, is about 63% leased, with tenants including Savills, Deloitte and Sidley Austin LP. The tower topped out in October 2024 and was ready for tenant improvements by March. Construction on the site, including time to dig seven floors of below-grade parking, took about 34 months.
