January 18, 2022 – An office tower that helped define Buckhead’s development boom and recovery after the Great Recession has sold.
Granite Properties announced today it has purchased 3630 Peachtree, a 438,910-square foot-trophy tower overlooking Phipps Plaza and the northern edge of Buckhead.
