Clark Hill signs lease in Buckhead for Atlanta office

The new Atlanta office of an international law firm has inked a 15-year lease in Buckhead. Clark Hill has taken 28,300 square feet at 3630 Peachtree, a tower near upscale mall Phipps Plaza. The seventh-floor office will house 75 lawyers and support staff with the option to grow, according to an announcement. Atlanta’s legal sector has been a bright spot for the still-recovering office leasing market.
