February 14, 2022 – A national hospitality company will open its latest hotel as part of one of Midtown’s newest mixed-use developments. It is the company’s first property in Midtown, joining a number of high-end boutique brands.
San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants plans to open the 12-story, 230-room Kimpton Wade Hotel this summer at 1340 West Peachtree Street in the Midtown Union development. The hotel will be the company’s third in Atlanta alongside the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Buckhead Village and Kimpton Overland Hotel at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
