What was formerly Cedar Maple Plaza – three low-rise buildings comprising 110,000 square feet – are in the process of being transformed into one of Uptown Dallas’ largest towers over the next few years.
With the Class AA office building spanning 626,215 square feet, Granite is looking to tap into the submarket’s energy and identity. The design takes cues from the walkability of the existing neighborhood, incorporating street-level access for the project and its half-acre park thanks to below-grade parking.
