Plano’s Granite Park has scored two new headquarters relocations.
The largest comes courtesy of The Point Group, a full-service marketing agency. The company is relocating from Preston Center later this month and will occupy 14,871 square feet within Granite Park Three. Nick Lee and Jeremy Brubaker of NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant while Robert Jimenez and Aarica Mims of Granite Properties represented the landlord.
