Deloitte to start work on office space in new Uptown tower
The global accounting and consulting firm aims for early 2026 finish

Global accounting giant and consulting firm Deloitte will soon begin work on its new office space in an Uptown office tower under construction. Deloitte filed plans with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation last week for interior finish outs across 4.5 floors at 23Springs. The tower, located at Maple Avenue and Cedar Springs Road, is one of the largest office towers under construction in Uptown.
