Uptown Dallas’ biggest new office project has landed another major tenant
Law firm Sidley Austin is headed to the new 23Springs tower.

Uptown Dallas’ largest new office project is proving to be a big draw for relocating office tenants.
Sidley Austin LLP has just rented more than four floors in the 23Springs tower, which is under construction across the street from The Crescent.
The law firm is the third major tenant to land in the 26-story tower being built at Maple Avenue and Cedar Springs Road.
Professional services firm Deloitte and Bank OZK are also leasing large blocks of space in the 625,000-square-foot office tower, which is set to open late next year.
The 23Springs tower is a project of Plano’s Granite Properties and North Carolina-based Highwoods Properties.
