Torchy’s is expected to open at Dallas’ new 23Springs development in 2026.

An “upscale” Torchy’s Tacos is expected to open in Uptown Dallas in 2026, in the 23Springs development near Cedar Springs Road and Maple Avenue.
The 26-story office tower will have other restaurants on the property including Little Ruby’s Cafe and Elephante.
Torchy’s will be the most casual spot among them, although it’s designed with a new layout and “higher-end finishes,” according to Brandon Rathert, director of brand marketing and communication for the Austin-born taco shop.
