Three years after construction commenced in Uptown, Granite Properties and Highwoods Properties’ much anticipated office has opened its doors. The 23Springs tower made its debut this week, injecting 625,215 square feet of Class AA office space into the Dallas market. Designed by GFF and built by DPR Construction, the tower is a notable addition to a region that is facing a somewhat constrained pipeline of new product.
The 26-story tower is 63 percent leased as of opening. That includes tenants like Bank OZK, which provided construction financing for 23Springs. The tenant moved in about two weeks ago and is occupying part of the lobby floor as well as floors 15 through 19.
