In Energy Corridor, Diamond Offshore leaves longtime HQ for Eldridge office campus

The Eldridge office campus in the Energy Corridor has gained another company headquarters.
Houston-based Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc. (NYSE: DO) has signed a headquarters lease for 62,584 square feet at One Eldridge at 777 N. Eldridge Parkway.
The company will occupy the ninth, 11th and top floor of the 12-story, 245,315-square-foot office building, which is part of a three-building office campus that once housed BP. It is owned by Plano-based real estate company Granite Properties, which acquired it in 2019.
