SM Energy doubles space at Energy Corridor office tower as Diamond Offshore leaves

Denver-based SM Energy (NYSE: SM) is doubling its footprint in Houston’s Energy Corridor as another energy company is moving out. SM Energy signed a long-term extension and expansion lease in early February, increasing its office space from 21,130 square feet to 41,454 square feet in the One Eldridge building at 777 Eldridge Parkway, building owner Granite Properties said.
