Granite Properties unveiled Ready Collective, a new workspace designed to offer companies maximum flexibility as employees return to the office.
The Dallas-based company opened a full floor of ready-to-occupy suites on the eighth floor of its Two Eldridge building in the Energy Corridor.
“It’s really a hybrid between co-working and an executive suite,” said Scott Martin, executive managing director, Granite Properties. “(Tenants) can lease these on a month-to-month basis or yearly. They have full access of our amenities in the project, including the conference center, the workout facilities and the food service.”
