DALLAS – August 25, 2025 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company, announced today that Granite’s Investment Manager, Carson Dennis, has been promoted to Director of Investments. He will continue to report to Bill Brown, Granite’s President and Chief Investment Officer.
Carson’s responsibilities include evaluating, coordinating and executing new investment opportunities covering highly amenitized Class A+ office acquisitions
and developments in exceptional micro-locations within top submarkets in booming Sun Belt cities. As part of his new role, Carson will support Granite’s efforts to raise capital for its diversified investment strategy.

Carson received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
