Allowing companies to move in right away, Ready Collective offers private, fully-furnished and wired office suites, inclusive of communal space and shared amenities, with monthly-yearly pricing. Ready Collective is managed by Granite’s Property Experience Team and part of Granite’s innovative leasing platform, evolvewhich offers a menu of flexible office solutions to accommodate companies’ changing workspace needs.

Designed by Ziegler Cooper, Ready Collective is located on the eighth floor and offers 20,993 square feet of eight private office suites each accommodating 10-20 employees. The office suites offer a combination of private offices and open work areas allowing for collaborative and focused work. The suites are made with demountable walls to accommodate larger teams. Customers have access to a shared reception, kitchen, meeting rooms and a lounge area. Ready Collective’s design is in line with the look and feel of Eldridge’s sophisticated but comfortable interior, to enhance the connection between Ready Collective customers and the rest of the building community. 

Ready Collective customers have full access to the Two Eldridge amenities, including the hospitality-driven lobby and the Customer Connection Center, offering a MOVE fitness center, an EATS café, and a MEET conference center. Health and wellness features include a large, landscaped outdoor workspace called The Yard, the clean air technology Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NBPI) integrated in the building’s HVAC systems, touchless fixtures in restrooms, close proximity to Terry Hershey Park, and sustainability initiatives, like a rooftop beehive program with alveole.
