Green Street Advisors, a data and analytics firm in the commercial real estate industry, is relocating to a 35,000-square-foot space at 100 Bayview from Newport Center, both of which are in Newport Beach.
Green Street Advisors was represented by Travis Boyd and Alex Hayden of CBRE and Granite Properties, the landlord, was represented by Dean Chandler and Justin Hill of CBRE.
Other new tenants at 100 Bayview include WeWork, slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2019, IHP Capital Partners and coffeehouse, Stereoscope.
