Tucked away at the end of The Boardwalk at Granite Park, Edith’s French Bistro provides an elevated experience for those strolling through this relatively new dining district. With an expansive, lush patio, that seats 100 guests and features a large white fountain, the upscale eatery has an inviting spirit that calls diners to come in and try its excellent eats.

Edith’s lively aesthetic continues inside thanks to its whimsical décor. Not all restaurants could pull off an interior decorated with sparkling chandeliers and walls covered in faux greenery and all-white kitchen accessories, but the end result makes sense and gives off a unique energy. It sets expectations of how their chefs take common French ingredients and transform them into something new, not found elsewhere in Plano.
