Inland Tract in West Midtown Has Broken Ground

Another Westside industrial relic is set for transformation into “creative” office space as work launches on Inland Tract.

 

The project will turn two nondescript midcentury warehouses into nearly 80,000 square feet of office and “warehouse environments” near the Atlanta Hemphill Water Treatment facility.

Adaptive Reuse Project Breaks Ground in Midtown Atlanta

A partnership between Third & Urban and Granite Properties has broken ground on Inland Tract, a redevelopment of two mid-century warehouses in West Midtown Atlanta. The $16 million adaptive reuse project will deliver 77,487 square feet of creative and flex loft space upon completion, in the fall of 2018.

Located at 1218 and 1236 Menlo Drive, the buildings were constructed in 1964. Inland Tract will feature high ceilings, skylights and storefronts, an open-air courtyard with outdoor landscaping and seating. Amenities will include drive-up access and ample parking. Tenants will have access to numerous surrounding restaurants and entertainment options.

Inland Tract ‘Creative Flex-Space’ Project Moving Forward not the Westside

Slated to open in fall 2018, the $16 million project will deliver 77,487 square feet of office and ‘warehouse environments.’

Inland Tract, a redevelopment of two mid-century warehouses into creative flex space, recently broke ground and Tuesday unveiled three new renderings.

Plans for the project earlier this year were submitted to the City of Atlanta.

Constructed in 1964 and located at 1218 and 1236 Menlo Drive in West Midtown, the property is being leased by Wilson, Hull & Neal and developed by partners Third & Urban and Granite Properties.
