DALLAS – March 21, 2018 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company, announced today it was recognized by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE as one of the 2018 Best Workplaces in Texas. The ranking considered more than 28,000 employee surveys from Texas-based companies. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, such as pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference and feeling their work has special meaning. Granite took the number 5 spot on the small and medium companies list.
