Local landlord introduces more flexible office solutions for tenants

Last month, Plano-based real estate company Granite Properties introduced a new partnership with coworking firm Common Desk, offering existing tenants discounted rates at any Common Desk location in Dallas-Fort Worth. Now, the company is introducing more flexible workspace options at its own properties.
Granite is launching these new spaces under a program called evolve. They include workspaces that can be designed to a tenant’s needs with lease terms ranging from one to 10 years, or move-in ready workspace with lease terms ranging from a single month to five years.
