Granite Properties partners with Common Desk to offer office tenants more flexibility

In response to its office tenants looking for more flexibility, Plano-based Granite Properties is hoping a new partnership with coworking firm Common Desk will offer just that.

The partnership has created G.O. Pass, a program that offers Granite tenants access to additional private offices and communal workspace at any Common Desk location in Dallas-Fort Worth. Granite tenants are offered this space at preferred prices, said Will Hendrickson, senior managing director at Granite Properties, but did not specify a specific savings by dollar amount or percent.

A Dallas-based co-working firm is teaming up with a major area building owners to offer flexible office space.

Common Desk is one of Texas’ largest shared office space providers, with multiple locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The co-working space provider just cut a deal with developer and investor Granite Properties to provide the landlord’s business tenants with on-demand offices in Common Desk locations.
The subscription-based service allows Granite customers to use Common Desk offices as needed.
