One of the Dallas area’s top developers is pushing ahead with plans for two new towers – one in Uptown Dallas and the other in Plano.
Granite Properties has been working on the high-rises for some time. But the company recently filed planning documents showing details of the developments.
The Granite Park Six tower is an 18-story building to be constructed just east of the Dallas North Tollway in Plano. The 420,000-square-foot project is the latest phase of Granite Properties’ more than 20-year-old mixed-use development at the southeast corner of the tollway and State Highway 121.
Designed by architect BOKA Powell, Granite Park Six would be the tallest building yet in the development.
