June 6, 2022 – Developers have lined up funding and a tenant for a new Southlake office project.



The Granite Place II building is planned at Southlake Town Square near State Highway 114.

The 5-story, 143,500-square-foot office building is a project of Granite Properties, which developed the adjoining office in 2016.



Bank OZK – formerly Bank of the Ozarks – provided the construction financing for the more than $40 million project.



And N5B Capital with be an equity investor in the project and will relocate to the building when it opens in March 2023.
