February 16, 2022 – A Dallas-based real estate investment company acquired a Cherry Creek office complex that spans an entire block, in a vote of confidence for Denver’s office market.
Granite Properties acquired First Avenue Plaza, a two-building office complex. The first building, 44 Cook St., is a 10-story, 127,000-square-foot building. The second, 55 Madison St., is eight stories and 137,000 square feet.
