Developer Granite Properties has topped out construction on its latest office project.
The Granite Place II at Southlake Town Square has been under construction since May.
The 5-story, 143,500 square foot office building is being constructed near State Highway 114. It’s the second phase of Granite’s Southlake Town Square development.
