Dallas-based coworking company is taking another bet that demand will expand for coworking space in Houston after its inking its fifth lease in the city.
WorkSuites is planning to open its latest location in early 2023 in the Greenway/Upper Kirby area within Houston’s Inner Loop. The coworking company recently signed an 11-year lease for 29,536 square-feet at Weslayan Tower, a 20-story Class A office tower at 24 E. Greenway Plaza owned by Granite Properties.
