DALLAS – September 10, 2024 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate
investment, development, and management company, and Highwoods Properties (NYSE:HIW), a publicly-traded real estate investment trust (“REIT”), today announced that Atlantic Aviation, a leading fixed-based operation (FBO) and aviation services provider, has signed a long-term office lease for one full floor (26,608 SF) at Granite Park 6 in Plano, TX. The 422,109 square foot Class-AA office destination was completed in September 2023 and is located in Granite’s master- planned, mixed-use development, Granite Park.

Atlantic Aviation was represented on the lease transaction by Ryan Hoopes and Tom Sutherland of Cushman & Wakefield. Granite was represented by its in-house leasing team consisting of Robert Jimenez, Burson Holman and Elizabeth Fortado.

Granite Park 6 is 26 percent leased, which includes six Ready Suites ranging from 1,500 – 3,700 square feet located on the sixth floor. These suites are Granite’s fully constructed workspace solution for companies looking to move-in quickly. Granite will deliver seven more Ready Suites on the seventh floor by the end of the year.

Granite Park 6 is Fitwel-certified and pursuing LEED Silver certification. Its
amenities include a hotel-like two-story lobby, a one-of-a-kind 150-seat lecture hall, a sixth-floor outdoor amenity terrace connecting to a fitness studio, and a large lounge with golf simulator. The building is highly visible from both Sam Rayburn Highway and the North Dallas Tollway, and a 20-minute ride from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
