Lockton adds even more office space with Granite Park lease
Deal comes on heels of company’s 100,000-square-foot lease in Uptown Dallas

A major insurance brokerage is more than doubling its footprint in Plano. Lockton recently leased space at Granite Park 6, where it will occupy two floors of the 19-story building. The company will move from its 18,000-square-foot office on Dallas Parkway to a 52,961-square-foot space by the second quarter of 2026, according to Steve Idoux, CEO of Lockton Dunning, which is part of Lockton Cos. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The move adds to Lockton’s recent real estate dealings, with the company recently signing a 100,000-square-foot lease in Uptown Dallas. At Granite Park 6, which opened in 2023, Lockton will have access to amenities including a market cafe, a 150-seat lecture hall, three conference centers, a gym and a golf simulator. It will be near other tenants such as Stonebriar Commercial Finance and Atlantic Aviation, which announced plans last year to move its headquarters to Granite Park from Tennyson Parkway.
