August 22, 2022 -After nearly two years of construction, the 26-story office building part of Midtown Union is up and running. It’s a telling vision of what office space in Atlanta could look like moving forward.
Not every detail is in place, however. Granite Properties and MetLife Investment Management are still tying up loose ends. The companies are waiting on additional furniture to come in, talking with restaurant owners to fill out the retail spaces on the bottom floor and preparing for the first tenant — Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: LVZ) — to finish building out its space.
