Austin will soon have another commercial real estate organization.
The launch of NAIOP’s Austin chapter is being spearheaded by Clayton Strolle of Pacheco Koch, Brian Brooke of Ryan Companies, Spencer Hayes of Cushman & Wakefield and Michael Cooper of Heritage Title Co.
Nearly 100 people attended an Oct. 9 breakfast introducing the commercial real estate development organization to industry leaders in Austin. The local chapter’s first meeting will be held in the next month. For more information, click here.
“NAIOP has a strong membership all across Texas, with active and influential chapters in Houston and Dallas, so having a presence in the state capital is a natural fit,” NAIOP Vice President for Marketing and Communications Kathryn Hamilton said in a statement. “Plus, with the extraordinary growth in the Austin market, NAIOP wants to support the region’s development community with access to education and business connections.”
