SettlePou opted to remain in Dallas’ Turtle Creek submarket, and renewed its 22,908-square-foot office lease at 3333 Lee Pkwy. The law firm shook hands with landlord Granite Properties on the transaction.
Robbie Baty and Bill McClung with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease, as well as a search for a possible new location. The law firm undertook an extensive search of new space in several area submarkets, specifically, Uptown, the CBD and North Dallas.
