Atlantic Aviation to Keep HQ in Plano but Move to New Tower

An aviation services company and fixed-based operator is relocating its headquarters to the Granite Park 6 office tower in Plano.
Atlantic Aviation’s new corporate office will take up a full floor, or 26,608 square feet, at 5525 Granite Pkwy., just 2.5 miles from its current office at 5201 Tennyson Pkwy. The company should move into the new space in the first quarter of 2025, according to a spokesperson for Plano-based Granite Properties. Cushman & Wakefield’s Ryan Hoopes and Tom Sutherland represented Atlantic Aviation FBO Inc. in the lease. Granite Properties was represented by the firm’s in-house leasing team.
