June 16, 2022 – It’s only been a few weeks since fencing began to rise and bricks began to fall at the site of Granite Properties’ 23Springs development in Uptown Dallas.
What was formerly Cedar Maple Plaza – three low-rise buildings comprising 110,000 square feet – will transform into one of the submarket’s largest towers over the next few years.
With the Class AA office building spanning 626,215 square feet, Granite is looking to tap into Uptown’s energy and identity. The design takes cues from the walkability of the existing neighborhood, incorporating street-level access for the project and its half-acre park thanks to below-grade parking.
“What’s been important to us with this project from the beginning has been providing a level of connectivity within a dynamic, urban environment,” said Will Hendrickson, senior managing director at Granite, in a recent interview.
