Construction has topped out on one of the biggest office high-rises on the way in Plano. The Granite Park Six tower being built on State Highway 121 is a project of Granite Properties and Highwoods Properties. The 19-story, 422,109-square-foot office building has been under construction since late last year and will open in the third-quarter of 2023.
It’s the tallest tower yet in the 90-acre Granite Park mixed-use development at the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and S.H. 121.
