Developer Granite Properties is adding four more restaurants to its Plano mixed-use project.
The 90-acre Granite Park development at the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 121 is home to thousands of office workers and a Hilton Hotel.
Granite is also adding eateries with its Boardwalk restaurant complex that adjoins the office towers.
The 30,000-square-foot retail project fronts a small lake,
Granite has signed leases with four more restaurants, including B. Frank & Relish, The Biscuit Bar, Pearl Cup Coffee and Edith’s French Bistro.
All of the new tenants will open this spring and summer.
