Granite Place at Village Center in Greenwood Village was sold to Denver-based office investment firm Crestone Partners for $126.95 million.

It was reported when the project plans were announced in 2014 that it would require an investment of $90 million to build it.

The 299,568-square-foot, 10-story building was co-developed by Granite Properties with Confluent Development.

It is fully leased by Charter Communications and CSG International.

“That Granite Place was 100 percent leased six months before completion speaks to the high-quality workplace environment that Granite and Confluent are known for developing as well as how active and desirable the Denver southeast market is,” said Stephanie Lawrence, Senior Managing Director, Granite Denver.
