Granite Properties has bought 100 Bayview, a six-story, 346,334-square foot office building in Newport Beach. The company did not disclose the purchase price. Eastdil Secured represented the seller. Bayview includes a 250-room Marriott hotel with a Starbucks inside, three restaurants, auto detail and car wash, dry cleaners and a salon. The building has undergone a number of recent renovations, and Granite said in a statement that it will continue to build on the improvements.

Granite Properties Buys 346,334 SF Office Building in Southern California

Granite Properties has purchased 100 Bayview — a six-story, Class A office property located in Newport Beach — for undisclosed price.

The 346,334-square-foot building features an on-site fitness center and close proximity to a 250-room Marriott hotel, restaurants, retail and walking trails. The building has undergone a number of renovations. Granite Properties plans to further invest in the property by improving the lobby and outdoor common spaces, including balconies and private patios.

Granite Closes on 346,000-SF Office Asset

Another trophy office building in Orange County has been sold. Granite Properties has acquired 100 Bayview, a six-story, 346,334-square-foot, class-A asset in Newport Beach, California, from an undisclosed seller represented by Eastdil Secured, according to a statement released by a representative of Granite.
