HOUSTON- January 27, 2025 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company, announced today that CleanSky Energy, a provider of renewable energy and natural gas, has renewed a long-term lease for an entire floor (20,196 square feet) at 3355 West Alabama. The 12-story, Class-A, 236,932-square-foot office building is in the Greenway/Upper Kirby submarket, just inside Houston’s 610 Loop. In 2024, Granite signed thirteen deals at 3355 West Alabama, including new leases, renewals, and expansions for a total of 76,638 square feet.

CleanSky Energy was represented by Hughes Marino Senior Vice President Chris Nash and Vice President Rob Johnson, both founding members of Hughes Marino’s recently opened Houston office. Granite was represented by Jon Dutton and Andrew Elliott of Granite Properties.
