DALLAS – June 3, 2021 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company, today announced three new leases totaling 34,000 SF+ at Granite Park, a 90-acre mixed-use development near the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 121 in Plano, TX. 

The leases were signed by a diverse set of businesses. The Point Group, a full-service marketing agency, was represented by Nick Lee and Jeremy Brubaker of NAI Robert Lynn. Digital.ai, a software application firm and creator of the first intelligent Value Stream Platform, was represented by Wills Bauer and Randy Cooper of Stream Realty. HNTB, an infrastructure solutions firm, was represented by Charles Daggett, Kris Knapstein and Dina Zavislak of Savills. Granite Park was represented by Robert Jimenez and Aarica Mims of Granite Properties.

Granite has recently made their buildings healthier and safer at Granite Park and portfolio-wide through a $10 million Inspire Wellness initiative. Granite has integrated the ozone-free, clean air technology, Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NPBI) into the buildings’ HVAC systems, retrofitted touchless fixtures in restrooms, and enhanced its outdoor workspace experiences.

The Point Group will relocate to Granite Park Three from Preston Center in June. HNTB will relocate to Granite Park Two in August 2021. The company will occupy 14,550 SF. “The relocation will offer our employees an amenity-rich location at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Sam Rayburn Tollway. HNTB played an integral role in supporting its client, the NTTA on the development of these projects over many years,” according to Bridget Williams, Director of Corporate Real Estate, HNTB. “HNTB has grown significantly in the last four years and now have three locations in the DFW area – Plano, Dallas and Fort Worth – serving over 10 public transportation clients.”
