Newport Beach, CA – May 28, 2019- Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company, announced today that it is bringing WeWork, the world’s largest coworking company, to 100 Bayview in Newport Beach. The coworking space is slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2019. This will be WeWork’s first location in Newport Beach and its seventh location in Orange County. The coworking space will be located on the first floor and accommodate approximately 815 members.
