DALLAS – March 1, 2022 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development, and management company, today announced the second phase of its Granite Place at Southlake Town Square development in Southlake, TX, a highly desired suburb of Dallas-Fort Worth. The firm has commenced construction on Granite Place II, an elegant, Class-AA, 5-story, 143,500 SF office building in Southlake Town Square, Southlake’s upscale, open-air, lifestyle destination. Designed by Corgan Associates, Granite Place II will complement the look and feel of Granite Place I, which was completed in 2017, and is 100% leased. DPR Construction will serve as General Contractor.

Additional wellness features include a touchless path from the parking garage to the office; touch free entry doors and touch free fixtures in restrooms; and clean air technology in the building’s HVAC system. Granite also plans to offer customers flexible leasing solutions, including Ready Suites, Granite’s move-in ready office space.
Conveniently accessible, Granite Place II provides direct ingress/egress to East Highway 114. The building is in Southlake Town Square, which offers more than 120 shops, dozens of restaurants, luxury townhomes and condominiums, a Hilton hotel, as well as the future EVO Entertainment featuring a movie theater, bowling alley, video arcade and event space.
