DALLAS – October 16, 2024 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development, and management company, and Highwoods Properties (NYSE:HIW), a publicly-traded real estate investment trust (“REIT”), today announced that global law firm, Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has signed a long-term office lease for two floors (49,402 square feet) at McKinney & Olive in Uptown Dallas. The beautiful, Class-AA, mixed-use project offers 507,000 square feet premium office space, 50,000 square feet retail space, and a one-acre piazza. Greenberg Traurig will relocate their Downtown Dallas office to McKinney & Olive in spring 2026. McKinney & Olive is currently 100 percent leased. 

 

Greenberg Traurig was represented on the lease transaction by Mike Shuler, Kyle Jett and John Shaunfield of Newmark. Granite was represented by its in-house leasing team consisting of Robert Jimenez, Burson Holman and Elizabeth Fortado.
