Granite Signs Office Lease at 23Springs in Uptown Dallas 

DALLAS – January 16, 2024 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development, and management company, and Highwoods Properties, a publicly-traded (NYSE:HIW) real estate investment trust (“REIT”), today announced it has signed a long-term office lease for four full floors with Deloitte* at 23Springs in Uptown Dallas. The Class-AA, 26-floor, 626,215 square foot development is slated to be completed in March 2025. Deloitte is targeting to relocate from Dallas Arts Tower in Spring 2026.

In April 2022, Bank OZK signed a long-term lease at 23Springs for four floors (110,029 square feet). Deloitte’s lease signing brings the building to 34 percent leased.

23Springs is designed by GFF, and general contractor, DPR Construction, kicked off construction in June 2022. The building is located at 2323 Cedar Springs Road across the street from Hotel Crescent Court and Stanley Korshak. The building is also near the Dallas North Tollway, popular restaurants and shops, and the Katy Trail.

Granite’s in-house leasing team, Robert Jimenez, Burson Holman and Elizabeth Fortado, are leasing 23Springs.
