Newport Beach, CA – July 17, 2019 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company, announced today that Green Street Advisors, the premier provider of research, data and analytics to the commercial real estate industry, has signed a 35,000 square foot lease at 100 Bayview in Newport Beach. Green Street will relocate to the 6-story, 346,334 square foot, Class A office building from Newport Center.

Granite bought 100 Bayview in September 2018, and began a building improvement program scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2019. The improvements enhance the amenity offerings and upgrade the lobby and outdoor plaza, enabling a variety of seating options for indoor and outdoor collaboration and socializing.

100 Bayview, located on 100 Bayview Circle, is minutes away from John Wayne Airport with immediate access to key freeways.
