Newport Beach, CA – March 29, 2021 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company, today announced a partnership with Industrious, the highest-rated flexible workplace provider in the U.S., to bring 53,478 square-feet of flexible workspace to Newport Beach.

Located steps from the Back Bay Loop Trail, Industrious Newport Beach will occupy the first floor of 100 Bayview, a Class-A office building featuring new wellness innovations and outdoor workspaces, and pursuing Fitwel Certification. This is the second Industrious coworking space at a Granite building; the first location, called Industrious Downtown Glendale, is at 500 North Brand Boulevard in Glendale.

Opening May 2021, Industrious Newport Beach will be the flexible workplace provider’s first location in Newport Beach and fifth in Orange County, bringing Industrious’ total footprint in California to over 700,000-square-feet of flexible office space across the state. Industrious Newport Beach will offer 104 private offices and suites, 19 conference rooms and huddle rooms, ample common space, a café and wellness room.
