NEW YORK, NY and GLENDALE, CA (NOVEMBER 19, 2020) – Industrious, the highest-rated workplace provider in the U.S., today launched Oasis Enterprise, a new product partnership with building owners to give their tenants access to Industrious’ nationwide network of flexible, private offices. Oasis Enterprise allows office owners to offer their tenants satellite offices at any of Industrious’ locations across the U.S., giving building owners the ability to create a hub-and-spoke office model for their tenants as they revise workplace strategies in response to COVID-19.

The product is being launched through a pilot program with partner Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company. Oasis Enterprise will be implemented across Granite’s Southern California portfolio, where Granite customers will be offered a white-labeled Industrious membership as an optional add-on to their new or renewed lease agreement. This allows customers to select the satellite office option of their choice at any Industrious location nationwide.

“Oasis Enterprise lets building owners deliver what their customers increasingly are looking for: a hub-and-spoke office option that offers a consistently high-quality experience across satellite locations,” said Jamie Hodari, Co-Founder and CEO of Industrious. “Employees have more choice than ever in where and how they do their best work and companies need to act accordingly. We are thrilled to bring this concept to life with one of the country’s most forward-thinking landlords, Granite Properties, and to provide their customers with flexible options no matter where they are.”

Oasis Enterprise is part of Oasis, Industrious’ monthly subscription plan that lets members work from the location of their choice while only paying for the days they use, even if they only visit the office once or twice a week. As companies continue their efforts to provide safe, comfortable and low-commute options to their employees, Oasis Enterprise delivers a hub-and-spoke office experience through a white-labeled, add-on membership for companies leasing office space at one of Granite’s office properties in Southern California.

Oasis Enterprise brings new value to office owners, including:

  • Support Direct Leasing Efforts – Oasis Enterprise offers office owners a low-cost lease amenity meeting immediate needs for tenants;
  • Provide a National Network – Industrious will provide satellite offices wherever Oasis Enterprise members require them throughout the provider’s national network; and
  • Deliver a Consistent Environment – From the design and look and feel of the workspace, to Industrious implementing the leading health and safety standards, members can expect a safe, comfortable and flexible work experience.

“We want to help our customers navigate their changing office needs by providing them greater flexibility and options. Just like Industrious, Granite is a customer-centric company, and through this partnership, we offer our customers the flexibility to work from any Industrious location in the country. Oasis Enterprise supports companies with a seamless shift to a hub-and-spoke model, allowing them to spread out across a region or the country and serve their employees with high quality office space, that’s available when they need it, close to their home,” said Michael Dardick, Founding Partner & CEO, Granite Properties

Partnerships with coworking firms is one part of Granite’s strategy to provide customers greater flexibility as their office needs change. In 2018, Granite formed a partnership with Industrious to bring the first Industrious coworking space to Glendale, CA, at 500 @TheBrand. Granite shares the Industrious approach to providing amenity-rich, service-driven and productivity-enhancing work environments with meaningful experiences, fostering community.

Oasis Enterprise will offer tenants two distinct member options for satellite offices at any Industrious location:

  • Dedicated Office A dedicated, month-to-month private office with meeting and conference rooms available, and shareable access among teams of employees
  • Access Pass – A private, drop-in office available upon request, with meeting and conference room access

Industrious’ private offices and suites provide productive and engaging workplaces for companies of all sizes and stages. Around the country, past and present Industrious members include: Cisco, Lyft, Spotify, Heineken, Chipotle, Pinterest, and Salesforce.
