On December 15, 2017, Connect Media announced that Sandy Benak, our Director of Corporate Marketing, won the Women in Real Estate Award for Texas.
The award recognizes women whose talent, drive and fresh ideas help them succeed and become influential in commercial real estate.
As Connect Media put it “Because she does so much- and succeeds at so much – we chose Benak to be one of the 2017 Women In Real Estate Award winners for Texas.”

Sandy is a past president of the Houston CCIM chapter, a previous board member of NAIOP and CREW in Houston, a past chairman of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce and is a current member of the national CCIM board. Sandy is also a graduate of the JWL Leadership Academy with CCIM and was twice voted a Woman of Influence by Real Estate Forum.
