May 19, 2022 – Southlake Town Square’s Granite Place won the 2022 Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Fort Worth Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award and the 2022 (BOMA) Southwest Regional TOBY award for structures in the 100,000- to 249,000-square feet category.
Granite Place is located at the intersection of 550 Reserve St. and 601 State St., along State Highway 114 in Southlake. It was constructed in 2017 and offers 143,000 square feet of office space.
